Our large 800 sq ft-plus, airy room is available for rent for classes (art or otherwise), gatherings, meetings, etc. There are a number of movable work tables and stools, table-top easels, a sink, small fridge, operable garage door, and plenty of parking. The space is part industrial and very artsy with selected art from instructor artists on display. Rates are only $35/hour, two hour minimum (decreased rate for full- or multiple-day rentals). Could be perfect for you!
